Viosna is a top-down seamless stranded colourwork yoke sweater. It has short rows at the back of the neck to create a comfortable fit. There is a Fair Isle spring flower yoke pattern in contrasting colours to the main colour. There is optional waist and hip shaping to add feminine shape, and the bottom hem and cuffs are finished off with hints of the yoke colourwork.

The pattern features two colourwork charts, one in colours and one in symbols.

Gauge

20 stitches & 24 rows = 10 cm / 4” in stocking stitch with larger needle size, with one colour, knitted in the round, after blocking.

20 stitches & 24 rows = 10 cm / 4” in stranded colourwork in stocking stitch knitted in the round, after blocking.

Ease

Recommended ease: 10 cm / 4” positive ease.

Choose a size that is 10 cm / 4” larger than your actual bust circumference.

Neck ease: 2.5 cm / 1”
